I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

Whether you're a landlord with a property to rent, renting via their extensive portfolio of properties or buying or selling (am currently doing all four!) then Diamond is most definitely the best agent in Tiverton. I have been consistently updated on all strands of my business with Diamond, received excellent advice and recommendations, and can not fault their friendly, professional service in any way. Their local knowledge is second to none, and the time taken to ensure I was fully aware of the processes involved meant that I could have full confidence in advice I received. All members of both the sales and lettings team are fully involved in their respective portfolios, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Whilst both teams deserve every superlative going, both Jane (Sales) and Cam (Lettings) have, on numerous occasions, gone above and beyond to answer my (endless) questions and have provided an exemplary service throughout. Shout out too to The Mortgage Quarter (finance) and Everys (solicitors) who worked effectively to finalise my purchase. Many thanks Diamond - more of the same please!
11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Wished to get some advice regarding land and principle property titles and was put in contact with Lucy Glanvill. Got generic advice and asked me to put it in writing, which I did. 1st email gets lost, follow up email I get the same generic response we discussed and my last email has gone unanswered. 3 months later I was none the wiser. I phoned Strutt & Parker's rural team and got a knowledgeable answer over the phone in 15mins. I've used Savills in Kent to sell a rural business and was impressed, but my first experience of the Exeter office is lacking and know where to go when the time comes!<br><br>Since posting this review I received a kind phone call apologising for this. I revised my rating from 2 to 4 stars as trying to put things right is rare these days than it used to be.

19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

From start to finish, the process felt personal and professional, and the team at Tiverton Stags were incredibly patient and kind. Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I was quite nervous at the outset about selling a small residential property, but I would strongly recommend the team for any property sale.

Tristan and Shauna were incredibly supportive from start to finish—always happy to book viewings whenever we needed them and spending plenty of time with us at the property so we never felt rushed or pressured. They also gave us great guidance when it came to making our offers, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)We honestly cannot recommend Jigsaw highly enough<br><br>Having now both bought and sold through them, we've experienced the process from both sides and if we were doing it all again, we'd choose Jigsaw in a heartbeat<br><br>Our sale was far from straightforward. There were plenty of twists, setbacks and moments where we genuinely questioned whether we wanted to continue at all. Throughout the entire process, David was an/our absolute rock. Estate agent almost feels like the wrong job title at this point - he became a mediator, advisor, problem solver, sounding board and occasionally the person talking us back from the brink when things felt impossible<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. David was always there with honest advice, reassurance when we needed it and a level of patience and support that went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He guided us through every hurdle and helped keep us sane during what could have been a very stressful experience<br><br>We also want to give a huge thank you to Rebekah and Nina, who have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They stood out for being friendly and efficient (not pushy and annoying!) getting viewings booked in and following up. Since then I've chosen them to sell my house and recommended them to my daughter as well and they lived up to their reputation. I've recently purchased again through them! Big shout out to Darron and Anthony. They know what they are doing and they do it well.

The team kept us updated regularly and did a great job keeping everything moving and maintaining momentum, which made a big difference during the process. They were also very fair, supportive and enthusiastic about our onward purchase. We dealt with Tia quite a bit and she was great. She strikes a great balance between being friendly, approachable and professional, and always dealt with things quickly and efficiently.
