26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Nice decor, polite staff, was seen on time for the appointment. Had a pedicure, on the 3rd of July with a milky white French polish. This came out nice but polish should have started closer to the cuticle as it looked grown out too soon. Pedicure was weak, not enough time spent exfoliating, scrubbing with the pumice or removing dead skin. The heels in particular needed more work. A friend was walking behind me up a flight of stairs and said you need a pedicure, I said "I had one a week ago..." I usually have a pedicure every three months, never needed one a week later...disappointing. I have had pedicures all around the world and this was definitely one of the weakest. Pictures are embarrassing. Un impressed overall.

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Rickey, Vicky and the whole team at Symonds and Sampson Axminster have been super efficient in marketing and selling our bungalow. Price achieved exceeded expectations in a difficult market thanks to their experience. I would recommend them if you have a property to sell.
28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend Fulfords Cowick Street. JF not upto the job told lies, half truths when looking for help & support when losing a love one. Recommended going to Auction, did very little to support, yet they got £6500 for doing very little & other member of staff were not upfront about cost. Sorry from my experience would recommend Fulfords Cowick Street Exeter ????????????

1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

They provided a quality service from start to finish and were extremely efficient throughout the whole process.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and we were always kept fully updated on progress at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and Zoe was professional, helpful and approachable throughout.<br><br>Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending Red Deer Country to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

13th May 2022 (4 years ago)I first met Brett a couple of years ago when looking into the student market. I didn't do anything at that time. It was a pleasure to meet Brett again in July 2021 when viewing another property, and subsequently other properties. Brett is generous with his time, doesn't rush you, and tells you the facts as he sees them. I feel he gives his views and advice in a very straightforward manner which is what you want as a buyer or a seller. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brett for his professionalism, friendliness and someone to go to for advice. I have now met the Lettings side of Star and found them extremely helpful as well.
22nd Mar 2023 (3 years ago)I had a very, very disappointing experience with Star Lettings back in the summer of 2021 – I'd been served with a section 21”no fault eviction” due to an issue with mold in the bathroom floor (which it transpired was caused by a “long term leak under the bath”) I still owe money to southwest water because of this. I'd reported the issue with the moldy bathroom floor to Star Lettings some two years previously. This notice to vacate was on hold throughout lock down due to Government legislation but didn't do much for my peace of mind. In my experience it seemed that the landlord always came first and I lost half my deposit even when I'd cleaned the house as requested though it was difficult given the underlying mold issue that should have been addressed when I raised two years previously. I was also told that the flat would be completely renovated as the landlord planned to turn the place into an AirB&B (which I believe has happened) so I left the place completely empty with a clean up as best as I could (thinking I wouldn't overly invest too much time in it, given the renovation would be going ahead anyway) After moving I contacted Star Lettings about my deposit but Star Lettings tried to withhold my entire deposit, in the end I managed to get back half of this, but not without a struggle. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had heard favourable feedback on Michael Adey Property so decided to approach them for a quote to sell our home.<br>Michael responded very quickly to my enquiry and visited us to chat through the process. Once confirmed, he sent a photographer out and we were impressed with the care and attention taken to show our property in the best possible light.<br>In all, we had 3 viewings accompanied by Vicki and 1 repeat viewing via ourselves.<br>Our property sold within 2 months and the follow up support was excellent - our thanks to all the team for the superb service provided.
