4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Exmoor Property enough.<br>The estate agent, Lee, was exceptionally helpful and friendly from our first meeting.<br>Despite being a busy professional, he took special care to ensure that we were able to see all the properties we were interested in on our own schedule, even cutting into his own free time after hours.<br>He continued to go above and beyond, provide helpful insights during the exchange process, answering questions patiently and keeping me well informed and up to date on everything that was happening.

1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.- 2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We are really pleased we chose Webbers to be the sole agency for our recent house sale. From start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with. They were pro active in chasing up solicitors, and very quick to act on any instruction or problem that we had. Special thanks to Emily, Christine and Lauren as these lovely ladies were the ones we had the most dealings with. Always helpful and service with a smile. ??????

4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had heard favourable feedback on Michael Adey Property so decided to approach them for a quote to sell our home.<br>Michael responded very quickly to my enquiry and visited us to chat through the process. Once confirmed, he sent a photographer out and we were impressed with the care and attention taken to show our property in the best possible light.<br>In all, we had 3 viewings accompanied by Vicki and 1 repeat viewing via ourselves.<br>Our property sold within 2 months and the follow up support was excellent - our thanks to all the team for the superb service provided.

11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We cannot emphasise enough how Pete and Ben helped us through the sale of our house. They were available for advice 24/7 and went above and beyond what you would expect. Communication was excellent and attention to detail was great. It truly is a case of "We couldnt have done it without them". They truly earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend their service to others.
