We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. Later days, Scott (I'm assuming the spelling) was on point, great communication and made the final steps as easy as can be.<br><br>Sincerely, thank you to the team at Shawlands.

A very friendly and approachable person. I hope his work ethic and client centred approach is appreciated internally as it is externally.<br><br>I had a horrible experience with another estate agent and spoke to Allan for some advice, and even though I ended up changing my mind about selling, Allan was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. I truly felt supported and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)The whole process of selling my flat in Mount Florida was quick, professional and stress-free thanks to Dario and Karen. From my first phone call with Karen to request a valuation to Dario's visit to value my property, they were so friendly and helpful with great local knowledge and I instantly got a good vibe about Unicorn. The process from there moved so quickly, photography was done, surveyor visited and within just over a week we were on the market with viewings lined up. Communication throughout was on point, Karen was super pro-active in following up with viewers, giving good advice and taking the lead on price negotiations. They also recommended a local solicitor which helped the process flow super smoothly too. All in all I couldn't recommend Unicorn highly enough, a very professional service with a lovely personal touch.

Craig, Megan, Laura and all of the team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. By far the best property selling experience that we have had. Your call/queries will be answered promptly.<br>2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high.<br>3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally.<br><br>All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!<br>Well with Monarch and especially Annemarie who looked after me from the first moment I made contact, I have had an exceptional experience. Annemarie has worked tirelessly and late into the evening at times to make my sale and purchase happen as quickly as possible. I've been kept informed without even the need to ask. It has been a very personal experience where I have felt supported and confident throughout.<br>Please do yourself a favour and trust in Monarch to get your conveyancing done and save yourself from the normal grief that this process entails. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
