Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

His many years in the industry and the network he has built up gives him a prominent place in the area to find what you need. Nothing is a problem and everything can be solved attitude. My go to agent for anything I need in the area.

26th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)My x partner went to view a rental property and basically because she was on benefits with a disability they wouldn’t even entertain the idea of her renting this property , it is still available she was given an application form to fill in but was told not to fill it in yet as there still waiting on someone that enquired 3 weeks ago but hasn’t got back to them yet . Equality act 2010 is not being followed by this company. We will be reporting this to the ombudsman.

Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
