AWFUL, avoid at all costs. Even if there is a house you are interested in, still avoid not worth the stress one bit. Go elsewhere. I would not even give them 1 star, but I have no choice. The stress they have caused me in my personal life is a utter joke. Never receive a call back, let alone an email response, told me the incorrect information which I have in writing but still not owning up to their mistake. Beth the 'Manager' does not know how to have a professional conversation, talks to everyone like their pal which is so incredibly off putting. Again no accountability from Will Jones, again or any call backs. I even asked for this to be passed over to a Senior Manager and still never received a call back and apparently she looks after 52 branches! They must all be awful. If I ever see the name Chancellors on anything, I will never EVER go anywhere near them and will make sure everyone knows about it. Respectfully it is like a bunch of children are running this business, which is rather sad really. They need training on multiple things and to hire new staff with a proper manner and know what they are doing. Had no choice but to leave this review, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. 2 weeks I have been chasing this up. I have rung 5/6 times this morning first thing when they opened (so no valid reason to not answering - I even tried the sales line too) so I am adamant they are just ignoring my calls on purpose which based on my experience so far, I am probably not wrong about. I would like to thank Justine Davies of the Weybridge branch for her recent considerable help, professionalism, and courtesy at all times during a recent viewing. I was most impressed! I very much wanted to visit a delightful small house in the Weybridge (Oatlands) area which was of considerable interest to me even though I had only just put my own current property onto the market for sale. Justine attended promptly at the property and showed me everything about the property in detail, pointing out it's many very good points which were fairly considerable, then patiently explaining that it would be typically advantageous if my own property were already under offer in order to indicate to the vendors that I was in a realistic position to pursue the purchase of this property, given the vendor required as early a sale as was reasonable. I very much liked this property, and I duly submitted my formal offer for the property on the clear understanding and realistic advice from Justine that other offers may come in for this Weybridge property, but my offer would be held as pending until such time as the vendor accepts the most suitable offer, bearing in mind my own flat was not yet under offer itself. This advice was clearly realistic and therefore valuable to me for my learning curve in purchasing a property which I had not done during the last 13 years. In the event, the property I liked so much had just very recently received another offer which had been accepted by the vendor, but Justine had the decency and courtesy to tactfully keep me informed and let me know that this property was unfortunately no longer available for sale. I very much appreciated her very prompt and essential update. Justine also immediately advised me that details of other (hopefully suitable) properties will be sent to me when they become available, and very hopefully I will have an offer on my current property in the foreseeable future. Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.... I recently dealt with Greg James Estate Agents while trying to purchase a property, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I found them to be rude and unprofessional in their communication. At what should already be a stressful time when trying to buy a house, I felt they lacked courtesy, transparency, and basic professionalism. I do not believe they acted in the right manner during the process, and their conduct left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential buyer.
