25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Poole Townsend Estate Agents have been very helpful in helping me to take up tenancy of a new flat. Their approach involves the use of an online portal combined with a personal touch. The portal works well, provides clear information and helps you to generally keep on top of any tenancy issues and requirements (including maintenance). But if you need personal or more bespoke assistance, you can contact the agents (via the portal, or directly by phone or email) and in my experience their responses are quick and effective. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Poole Townsend for renters.

She was very professional, friendly and handled the tenancy with such care and attention, and gave us good advice. Ruth was also very good at keeping us up to date. Having spoken and dealt with other staff members at Kendal I can honestly say that they are a wonderful team. Everything has gone smoothly and we are moving next week, a huge thank you to Hunters.

Emma and the team made the usually very stressful experience of selling a house so stree free and easy, they kept us up to date with everthing that was going on. Estate Agents get a lot of bad press but if you want to sell or buy then goi to this team - what a difference they make! Kepp up the good work. Highly recommended- 23rd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.
