24th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.
