1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.

24th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

Matt kept us updated throughout the process, answered all our questions patiently and did everything he could to make sure we were able to move into the property well before the start date of my new job. The property was still undergoing renovation when we were due to move in, but Matt worked hard to make sure everything was ready on time so we could move in as planned. On moving day, we had a problem with the key box code. Matt came over himself and handed us the keys which was a huge help and took a lot of stress out of the situation. Thank you to Matt and everyone at William Gleave Estate Agents. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.
