They made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, offering clear guidance and expert advice every step of the way. Communication was outstanding, with quick responses and regular updates that kept me fully informed. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend The Manchester Estate Agent to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. A truly five-star experience!
29th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)The company is horrible. They are not interested in anything. They are very unprofessional, not responding to emails or phones. They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

Their agents are attentive and patient, always listening to my needs. They even care for my property more than I do, allowing me to fully entrust all of my properties to their care with complete peace of mind.
