Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)I was recommended to use Taylor & Wood for selling my house. I met with Mike at the property, from the start I felt comfortable with him. No rushing, Mike took his time and the photos were amazing, so much so my house sold almost immediately. The ladies in the office Michelle, Liz and Anne are very helpful and all the team kept me updated throughout the sale process. If you want nice, friendly and professional people then look no further. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. 29th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have just finished the sale of our parents home and despite a few obstacles along the way and I must emphasise none were due to the Agent My Property Club pulled out all the stops to market and sell the house keeping us fully informed and up to date with sale progress and inquiries every step of the way which included weekly telephone updates .They were very proffesional and made the process a lot easier cant thank and praise them enough
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)They pushed me to sell a property within their estate agency when they were on A6,then they sold it for far far more than i got( ok,they have refurbished it) but it was an inside job.So make sure they don't do this to you.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Absolute scam. Stay away from these crooks. I gave this company full management of my rental property. The tenants paid their rent on time every single month for three months, yet this company has stolen nearly three months of my rent and transferred nothing to me. They have lied repeatedly — first bank holidays, then accounting problems, then sick manager, then claiming their company is being taken over. They are now trying to change their name to escape complaints. Classic scammer tactics. I am now in overdraft and cannot pay my mortgage because these thieves are holding my money hostage. I will be taking legal action immediately and exposing them everywhere. Total fraudsters. Do not trust them with a single penny.
