Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We had a really positive experience with our Bridgfords Lettings Negotiator, Jevita, while securing our new tenancy. She was always quick and easy to reach on the phone and responded promptly to any email queries we had. Throughout the process she kept us informed, talked us through each step, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally - signing documents and submitting forms online made everything much more convenient. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and efficient, and we’re very grateful for Jevita’s help in securing our new home. Thank you!
14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.
6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We completed on our property on 30th January after a long 9 months and a useless solicitors. Vicky and her team at Stalybridge were our sanity. Vicky was always there at the end of the phone or she got back to us straight away. She went over and beyond her role of estate agent and for that Simon and I cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend Hunters Stalybridge, thank you Vicky you were our estate agent and support Sharon and Simon Best

17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)My partner and I put an offer in on a property advised by Kirkham property last month, we offered the asking price and the offer was accepted and we were told it will be sale dependant due to my partner needing to sell his house. The property remained on the market and we were told by Sue Needham that we will be informed if the property received any other offers. We have since looked on Rightmove and noticed the property is now sold STC. We were never told of this and are extremely disappointed with the poor communication and service by Sue representing Kirkham property. We have since further enquired to view another property, my partner spoke to Sue Needham and she informed him that she needs to speak to the seller as they are living in the house so she will ring him back with availability. 7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

Sarah O’Brien performed the valuation and I appreciated the information she had preprepared and advice she gave. Her approach was the deciding factor in why I chose A Wilson. I was lucky in that my sale was swift and straightforward and I found everyone in the office including Sarah Connolly extremely helpful and friendly. Every time I had need to call my query was dealt with and followed up, communication was brilliant and they kept the process moving. I found everyone very efficient and they did everything I needed very quickly. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and quick. I would recommend A Wilson to anyone selling their home and I am very happy with my decision to use them.

Georgia chased solicitors and gave regular updates on sales progression. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will always recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.
