26th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Thank you to the whole team. What a fantastic estate agents. Down to earth and made the whole sale process flawless and straight forward. So glad I was recommended to use you by a friend. Would recommend you to anyone who wants an honest and decent estate agent. Thank you ??????
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Aubrey Lee arranged numerous repairs to our property in a timely and professional manner. (...even for some issues that weren't standard. e.g. A bird got stuck in an external vent, so they extracted the bird and put a more solid cover on the vent. They also put a more solid cover on a vent in the back which required an entire roofing team!) Eleanor Gregory personally came to see all the things that needed fixing. THANKS!
23rd Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)My estate agent ghosted me!

I listed my two-bed flat for sale with Melissa Berry in May. It was my first time selling a property, and thankfully Melissa seemed helpful and friendly at the valuation, although she did seem to take my lead on pricing the property rather than guiding me towards a price that she thought would be a best fit. A couple of weeks later she came to take photos – and that was, sadly, the last I saw or heard of her.

The property had been on the market for a couple of weeks when I emailed to check in, and asked whether there’d been any interest. I did get a reply from a sales agent called Geraldine, saying that someone was interested in viewing the property but wouldn’t be able to visit for a couple of weeks; I replied straight away with my availability and asked what sort of time the viewing would go ahead. No response.

A week later, I emailed again to ask if the viewing was going ahead. Again, I was ignored. I tried calling, and left messages. Finally, after waiting another week, I emailed one last time to say that I was going to list the flat with another agent and asking Melissa/Geraldine to remove it from their listings. I expected a reply to that, at least – but instead they quietly took the property off their website, again without replying to my email.

I wasted over a month trying to work with Melissa Berry, only to be completely ghosted and treated as though I didn’t exist. Whether it was something I said or the business has just taken on more clients than it can handle, I recommend avoiding them unless you enjoy the silent treatment: there are plenty of other agencies out there.
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)House selling stressful at any time but both Tom and Lois and the rest of the team were very respectful and communicated information when needed.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Can't thank Georgina enough for all her help with selling my house. Brilliant service from start to finish, always kept me updated throughout the whole process and was always there if I had any questions. Made everything so much easier and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house. Thanks again Georgina!
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I visited the office to return my keys. While signing paperwork, I overheard three members of staff mocking a family who had just left. The family were not native English speakers and had complained that the property they were due to move into was too dirty to occupy as planned.

Hearing staff ridicule customers for raising concerns about the cleanliness of their new home was deeply unprofessional. As a white bystander, I also felt the mocking had a racial undertone. The incident left me with a very poor impression of how this agency treats its customers.

I would rate 0 stars if I could.
5th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Martin & Co recently sold my house. I was very impressed with Earl & his staff who very professional when dealing with all issues relating to the sale. They were lovely to deal with.
I would definitely use this company in the future.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Bethany was wonderful throughout our home buying journey! She went above and beyond to keep communication open and clear. Highly recommend Bethany for her professionalism and great service!

30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.

My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.

Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Muy poco profesionales.
4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)From the original telephone call to view a property to the lack of professionalism on the valuation of my property was an experience I will not be repeating at any price. Could not place an offer and when I enquired why the question was completely ignored. When Mark arrived to value my property I found him extremely rude and arrogant! I was incredibly grateful when he left! Totally avoid at all costs .
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Elliot is always extremely helpful when requesting assistance.
Good work, my friend.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Amazing company! Jill was very supportive and made the move out process so easy.
