3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Highly professional and efficient at all stages of the rental process.
5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Esther was wonderful in terms of communicating with seller and solicitors. She made all possible efforts to speed up the purchase and overall provided an excellent service.
10th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!
1st Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent service! Always at the other end of the phone for support! Brandon always goes above and beyond! So happy we chosen Hunters to sell or home.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Holly at Your Move, Swinton has shown nothing but professionalism throughout our moving process. From start to finish she treated us with the utmost respect, answering our endless questions with patience and dignity. I couldn’t of asked for a better, more smooth move than I received from Holly.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Murray and Lucy were an amazing help, so so patient and attentive, they went above and beyond for us moving into our first rental! Thank you so much guys!

23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I had a brilliant experience working with Harley Fairclough during my purchase of James Street. Harley was professional, efficient, and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made what can often be a stressful journey feel smooth and seamless all the way to completion. I’m very grateful for his dedication and top-class service. I highly recommend Harley and the team at Pearson Ferrier to anyone buying or selling a property!
26th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Thank you to the whole team. What a fantastic estate agents. Down to earth and made the whole sale process flawless and straight forward. So glad I was recommended to use you by a friend. Would recommend you to anyone who wants an honest and decent estate agent. Thank you ??????
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Aubrey Lee arranged numerous repairs to our property in a timely and professional manner. (...even for some issues that weren't standard. e.g. A bird got stuck in an external vent, so they extracted the bird and put a more solid cover on the vent. They also put a more solid cover on a vent in the back which required an entire roofing team!) Eleanor Gregory personally came to see all the things that needed fixing. THANKS!
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I visited the office to return my keys. While signing paperwork, I overheard three members of staff mocking a family who had just left. The family were not native English speakers and had complained that the property they were due to move into was too dirty to occupy as planned.

Hearing staff ridicule customers for raising concerns about the cleanliness of their new home was deeply unprofessional. As a white bystander, I also felt the mocking had a racial undertone. The incident left me with a very poor impression of how this agency treats its customers.

I would rate 0 stars if I could.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I’ve been really pleased with Irlam Estates. They’re always quick to respond and keep everything clear and straightforward. The lettings process was smooth from start to finish and they found solid tenants without any hassle. Feels like they’re looking after the property properly, which gives me peace of mind.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)It's been 2+ years now, and I must admit that it's been a very wonderful experience. The responsiveness of the team, the ease of engagement, and the treatment so far have been satisfactory. It's been a jolly ride.

Isabella Halsall has also been an excellent agent. The professionalism and thoughtfulness behind her actions is amazing. I also appreciate how swift she is in responding to concerns and resolving all the issues.
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Cardwells. From valuation of our house to all the ups and downs of the sale process we were guided and looked after throughout . Pam was an integral part of the process ensuring communication between all parties as well as going above and beyond with a sympathetic and listening ear when needed. Aron also deserves a special mention for his unwavering passion and sense of humour when dealing with various viewings.??????
Thank you Cardwells..with your help we have started our next chapter??????
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Kelly showed us around the property with real care and took the time to explain how offers and acceptances work on both parties, which was genuinely helpful. We ultimately decided not to go ahead with the property but she never pushed or rushed us toward a decision. She also kept in touch both before and after the viewing which made the whole process feel smooth and well looked after.

I'd happily recommend Kelly to anyone buying or selling.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Muy poco profesionales.
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)I had an amazing working experience with Rebacca Scott, As the director of a cleaning company, communication was highly professional and prompt. I highly recommend Cherry Picked Properties
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Had a great experience selling my property with the property man! Rob came out to do the valuation and photographs- he was professional, efficient, informative and very considerate of my sleeping newborn.
Communication was great throughout, even when I would message in the group on the weekends! Could not recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future, especially as the house sold in less than a month! Thanks again :)
12th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)House was a state upon moving in. We had mice rats and spiders galore as well as various code violations including a tilted oven and a gas stove blocking the fire door . When it came to moving out I was charged £50 for a mark that was supposedly on my bedroom wall, however the picture they used as evidence was as a different room. Save yourself some money and stress and don’t move in to a property managed by these money hungry, scammers. Also take note of how all the good reviews here are for viewings and not for how well they manage the properties.
21st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Awful experience with these guys. The manager hung up on me spoke all over me. Absolutely no communications whatsoever. Dubious to say the least. Do not act in client interests
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Amazing company! Jill was very supportive and made the move out process so easy.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
8th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)top team special thanks to Sophie Willis !!!
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I had to wait 3 hours for them to hand over the keys because they said they were doing the inventory and cleaning. When I finally got to the flat, it was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re absolutely disgusting. I moved in on Monday, 12th October, and the house was dirty then and it’s STILL dirty to this day. They literally do nothing about it. The kitchen is absolutely filthy. My sister and I had to clean up our bedrooms just so we could sleep comfortably. Like, how disgusting is that?! I don’t even use the bathroom because it’s so dirty. We had to clean one of them ourselves just so we could shower and stuff. I can’t even cook because the kitchen is so disgusting, so I’ve been eating out EVERY SINGLE DAY since 12th October!!! I regret moving here so much
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
