17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Had some viewings today that Brandon shown us around very nice and professional guy. Great service
11th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)The house didn’t sell, I took off and went on with a different agent. Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.

This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.

Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.

To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.

The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.

If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.

Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
25th May 2022 (4 years ago)Steve personally over saw from day1 putting brochure together, meeting each prospective buyers at the property. The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble. We sold our property within 5 days. ????
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)No viewing whatsoever, absolutely terrible, complain made!
4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Terrible experience with Humberts Norwich. We applied for a property advertised as available from 1 August, paid the tenancy deposit and organised our move around August dates discussed with the agency. The dates kept changing and, only around two weeks before we had to leave our existing home, we were told the property would not actually be available until end of October. We had to find another long-term home at very short notice. Communication throughout was uncertain and the whole situation was handled very poorly. We also made a formal complaint but we never recieved their formal response.

19th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very good engagement during the valuation and sales process. Communication could have been a little better once an offer had been submitted
3rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I had a fantastic experience with Strutt & Parker Norwich Estate Agents. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Strutt & Parker Norwich Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!- 5th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)H&S has a brilliant photographer who took great pictures of our house. Over 12 weeks H&S found us 3 viewers none of which put an offer in. Taking a break & will list again in Spring.

18th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)The whole Staines branch were fantastic, in particular Spencer who conducted most of the viewings, he was able to give me immediate feedback on first impressions of potential buyers, a very charismatic person who engages people well! Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!
8th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Brilliant. Can't be beaten!
10th May 2025 (1 year ago)I have sold two properties with astley and would not go anywhere else
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I've been really impressed by the responsiveness of Think! and in particular Becky who oversees their branches in Thorpe & Costessey. They have excellent local knowledge & the experience wasn't at all salesy. We've been kept updated throughout & they've proven easy to reach. We've both had plenty of experience selling properties so this is refreshing and reassuring. We had looked at a few larger local competitors, but with the only one that had more houses listed in the area we were concerned by that agent's financial position (& even if we weren't buyers might be) & closure of their branches – that other agent also proved difficult to get hold of. Think! proved the right choice & willing to work with us throughout.
