Bruce, Sandy, Gemma and Ruben all listened, helped and acted on whatever issues, queries and stress we had through the whole process of selling our late Mum’s property in Reepham. Special further mention for Sandy as she always seemed to anticipate our needs and knows when to chase and when to sit tight and wait for progress in the selling process. I throughly recommend WHBrown Reepham for whatever service it is they offer that you need. We only completed before Christmas due their commitment. Thank you all at WHBrown????????

26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately I do not recommend this agency. As a landlord I have have had to evict my tenants that the agency supposedly vetted prior to their tenancy. Now, I'm trying to get in touch with them in regards to the deposit which we are disputing, however no matter how I try to correspond with them (phone and email) I am not receiving any reply.- 7th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Amazing service and communication from Andy and Paul at the Cromer branch. 19th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Very happy with the service I have received so far. All the staff are very helpful and respond to queries quickly and efficiently. The photos were very good. The property sold extremely quickly, hopefully it will all go ahead without too many hitches.

10th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)According to Google moving house is the third most difficult life event, but the team at Watson were wonderfully supportive through the whole process. From taking photos at the beginning to finally handing over the keys to the new owner they were always there with kindly help. They were there to advise and assist with the several problems that arose by being in a chain of buyers and sellers. Often a member of the team would provide information to facilitate progress to the next stage even if it did not directly involve them. We are very grateful for their friendly advice and efforts.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

Amanda in Sales Progression was also amazing, chasing the chain and updating us with every bit of news she got as our sale took longer than expected. We highly recommend Stobart & Hurrell to anyone. They certainly deserve the 5 stars!

I had my house on the market with a larger agent who told me it would sell very quickly, and failed to sell it after months. Then Suzanne came round and gave me an honest valuation, and the property sold quickly to a serious buyer. Charlotte and Siobhan were great on viewings and always had the answers to my questions. Sefftons are a small team which makes the world of difference as I didn't just feel like a number to them. The ladies were always friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. I would recommend Sefftons to anyone.
