Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
28th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Thank you Phil for not getting back to me about my request to the view the property. As frustrating as it is dealing with an incompetent estate agent, I’m always grateful to discover this early on rather than later. On both occasions you have spoken to me with a tone of patronising condescension, despite you displaying a lack of basic knowledge on capital gains tax treatment and what constitutes as a 2nd property. To quote yourself “with all due respect” I've heard nothing from you in a week now, so I will pursue other methods to contact the vendor. No need to mention this to them as I will explain all when I locate them. Thanks again for saving myself and your client a frustrating process of liaising through waterside estate agents.

I was updated at all times & nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very grateful for their caring support & guidance during a difficult time in my life.
4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Terrible experience with Humberts Norwich. We applied for a property advertised as available from 1 August, paid the tenancy deposit and organised our move around August dates discussed with the agency. The dates kept changing and, only around two weeks before we had to leave our existing home, we were told the property would not actually be available until end of October. We had to find another long-term home at very short notice. Communication throughout was uncertain and the whole situation was handled very poorly. We also made a formal complaint but we never recieved their formal response.

They made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had. Their expertise and attention to detail really stood out, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. I would highly recommend Strutt & Parker Norwich Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I've been really impressed by the responsiveness of Think! and in particular Becky who oversees their branches in Thorpe & Costessey. They have excellent local knowledge & the experience wasn't at all salesy. We've been kept updated throughout & they've proven easy to reach. We've both had plenty of experience selling properties so this is refreshing and reassuring. We had looked at a few larger local competitors, but with the only one that had more houses listed in the area we were concerned by that agent's financial position (& even if we weren't buyers might be) & closure of their branches – that other agent also proved difficult to get hold of. Think! proved the right choice & willing to work with us throughout.
