She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.
24th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

Her friendly and professional manner is something I find lacking in most companies lately. Keeping me in the loop even when there isn’t much to update me on is greatly appreciated.<br><br>Genuinely an excellent representative to slayer Hogg.

18th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

Communication was always clear, and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br><br>A special thanks to Caroline, who was particularly supportive and professional throughout the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference.<br><br>Overall, I would highly recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

I originally bought my house via Lesley too & had such a good buyer experience that I knew I wanted to use her whenever it came time to sell! Great advice from her from preparing the house for the sale to viewings to offers. My property was well marketed & looked amazingly done in the pictures. I got a closing date & multiple offers well over asking! Cant thank her enough for a really positive selling experience & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable hard working estate agent.

28th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.

After speaking to and viewing properties with a number of different agents/agencies, the difference was genuinely night and day, I cannot stop telling anyone/everyone when we're on the subject. Everytime I seen a property I was interested in was posted by Elevate, I genuinely done a sigh of relief knowing they were the best to deal with! What I appreciated most was that there was no nonsense. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, honest, helpful and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Their advice was always useful and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process! The first person we met was Sharon and she was an absolute star from the start. She made such a great impression and was a massive breath of fresh air in the sea of mess that we were in! We then got to meet with Sophie who was fantastic! She has always been very helpful, quick to respond to emails and made everything feel much easier, again has been an absolute pleasure and made us feel very much valued as buyers! A special mention also has to go to Joanne, who was helping me reorganise our many viewings, even late on a Sunday evening she was helping me, that level of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed!! I have genuinely been blown away by the whole team and have already been recommending Elevate to friends, neighbours and family. Anyone thinking about buying or selling should give them a call without a doubt. When the time comes for us to sell, I already know exactly who we'll be using! Thank you all at Elevate for making what can be a stressful experience so much easier!!??????

So professional, thorough and talked me through every step - and answered ALL of my questions!<br><br>Photographs of the property were brilliant. David took the time to get to know the property and surrounding area and wrote up a brilliant description of it.<br><br>The flat sold after one day on the market because they know how to make it sought after and sell! David was on top of all communications and steered me through everything.<br><br>Top guys who are passionate and brilliant at their jobs!
