My mortgage advisor (Alana) was great, she walked me through the process in our first meeting and it really helped demystify the whole thing for a first time buyer like me. Additionally, the viewing agent was really friendly and helpful, with a good amount of local knowledge. Overall I’m really happy with the service I received from Alan & Harris Paisley and would totally recommend.

We agreed that I would authorise with Brutish Gas through my home care contract. Morgan reacted quickly letting the tenant know and the repair happened within 24 hours. Morgan was very pleasant professional and great to deal with. Thanks for your help Morgan. David Whyte

When my husband and I embarked upon this journey, we could not have anticipated the bumps along the way. The experience of Alison and Daniel has really helped us to get to where we are today. Daniel has literally gone above and beyond. We never doubted that he was as invested as us. No request has ever been too great. The professional yet personal approach has made a massive difference during a time of much uncertainty. We cannot recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for their service.

This allowed for excellent communication. Lauren was exceptionally great, always at the end of the phone, offering advice and reassurance. We were lucky to buy our forever home but would absolutely recommend Caledonia Bureau to family and friends. 10/10 service!

She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of selling our home.<br><br>Our property was sold at closing within a week, and we achieved an incredible price above the Home Report value. Lesley and the whole team made the process very easy and stress-free for us, providing all the information we needed, answering every question we had, and supporting us through every aspect of the sale.<br><br>We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re thinking of selling your house, I would highly recommend Lesley and McKirdy Estate agents; fantastic from start to finish.

Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.

20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Have bought 3 properties in North Lanarkshire in last 3 years with Your Move McLaughlin and they are an excellent estate agent. The staff will go the extra mile to offer viewings at a time to suit, even at short notice. They will chase up sellers and solicitors, give advice, and are on hand to help whenever needed.<br><br>My last property went through in just a few short weeks. The staff at Your Move were able to track down safety certificates that I needed from the seller. The office manager, Lynne, was answering my emails at 5am! That's dedication.<br><br>Lynne also came out to my car with the keys to my new property just before close of business on a Friday (sale didnt complete with solicitors until the very last minute on a Friday, causing me to panic that I wouldn't have the keys all weekend, but Lynne made sure I got them). This is an another example of their terrific service.<br><br>I have also found Your Move staff refreshingly honest, unlike my experiences with other estate agents in the region.<br><br>I am happy to recommend Your Move McLaughlin, especially their Coatbridge office. I will definitely use them again.<br><br>Thanks to Lynne, Danielle and the rest of the team.
