When I asked them to stop sending flyers they continued sending them to my vacant property and despite being signed up with another agent.<br><br>Addendum following the reply below: The date of my review was 6 months ago, the reply below was 4 hrs ago exemplifying my point. I am still receiving these irritating flyers which are counter productive as I won't use this annoying agency.

They were always friendly, approachable and professional, keeping us updated throughout the process and making what can often be a stressful experience feel so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer our questions, chase information and provide reassurance whenever we needed it.<br><br>Their communication, dedication and genuine care really stood out, and it was clear they were invested in helping us get into our new home. Thanks to all their hard work, the whole process was as smooth as we could have hoped for.<br><br>A huge thank you to Simon, Lloyd and Amelie for all your support—we’re absolutely delighted with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Gascoigne Pees Emsworth team to anyone buying or selling a property.

My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. Maria and Anna (who are both also brilliant) would seamlessly step in, keeping everything moving and ensuring I was always kept informed. During that time I've used a number of different residential letting agents most of whom have been breathtakingly average on their good days. The team at Pearsons do not belong to this group. They are good. They are professional. They are easy to deal with. They have my unreserved thanks and I recommend them without reservation.

Steve was great at showing me properties and gave me some good advice. He knew what I was after and found the perfect property for me. Emma has helped me every step of the way and always dealt with emails promptly. It has been such a smooth process I will always recommend Lawson Rose to everyone I know.

Routine inspections and communications were handled efficiently, and the tenancy was managed well overall. They have been really responsive whenever we’ve had issues that have required a contractor to be sent out.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their flexibility whilst we were trying to coordinate moving dates, so thank you to Shelley, Ana and the rest of the team.

Any maintenance issues reported were responded very quickly, I have had worst experiences with other Agencies out there (don't want to name them). During my move-out also, they were so accommodating in keys handover to issues raised in cleaning, etc. Overall, had a very good experience with them, I would any day refer them to anyone.

We originally came across Bernard’s when viewing/ enquiring on other properties they were managing, where we had our first interactions with Ellie. We then arranged a viewing on the property we have purchased and were really pleased when we found out Ellie was managing the sale. We cannot express how fantastic Ellie has been throughout, we had challenges and delays in our chain and Ellie went above and beyond throughout to help push the sale forward, keep us updated, guide us through our options and also source detailed updates which other parts of the chain were not providing.<br><br>Ellie is an absolute credit to Bernard’s - with all members of the team we have interacted with being really helpful and supportive.If we ever need to sell, we wouldn’t think twice about using Bernard’s.
