20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond what I could ever have expected. In particular, Amelie Budd, but also Lloyd and Simon have been exceptional. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their kindness and compassion. During what can often be a stressful and emotional process, they treated me with genuine care, patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their communication was clear, prompt and reassuring throughout, and I always felt supported and respected. It is rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a human, empathetic approach. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly puts their clients first.

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)cubitt & west have been a breath of fresh air for us! dealing with previous estate agents were a nightmare we were never getting our issues sorted or even our phone calls answered. the first day we moved into our new rented property we had a couple of teething issues things weren’t working quite as they should, when i contacted becky to let her know about these issues she had it resolved within a matter of hours. she also helped us with the moving in process. nothing felt rushed or like we were being forced into a decision and helped us the whole way regarding questions about the property. can definitely recommend and hopefully they will help us buy our own home one day!

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Stay well clear! Promise you the world deliver nothing. They will take days to return your calls. All for the landlord, will treat you with disrespect at all costs. When your tenancy is up they will stitch you up! It will cost you a fortune! There is plenty more estate agents out there! Please use them. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

The team is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to provide outstanding service. Whether it’s property management, buying, selling, or leasing, they handle every detail with expertise and genuine care. After a decade of partnership, I can confidently say they are one of the best in the industry. Highly Recommend.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Lovely team but our home was over-valued and on the market for 3 months with 3 viewings. The office is local so local knowledge should be on point. The communication was always initiated by me to ask what we can do, reducing the cost, including social media etc Emails took a week to be responded to, if at all. Parted ways after 3.1 months and have missed out on the home we wanted to buy. Massive waste of our time, unfortunately.- 20th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Fantastic estate agents. Tom, Paul and Louise have been amazing from start to finish. They have kept us informed every step of the way with the sale of our home. They’ve always been there on the end of the phone if we had any questions. We chose to use them after reading previous reviews and I’m so glad we did. We can highly recommend them.

From an explanation of the tasks, transparency of pricing, review and feedback to ensure all parties were up-to-date with the status of the sale, advice in negotiation, help during the handover process, post sale touch base to ensure everything was good.
