Throughout the entire journey, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and professionalism. His prompt responses to our queries gave us immense confidence and reassurance at every step. We are truly grateful for his dedication and effort in helping us settle into our new home.<br><br>As first-time renters in the UK coming from overseas, we noticed that letting regulations, verification practices, and administrative procedures differ significantly from what we are accustomed to in Hong Kong. Based on our experience, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could further elevate the service Leaders provides to international clients.<br><br>It would be extremely helpful if Leaders could provide potential overseas tenants with a simple visual workflow or step-by-step roadmap of the rental process at the very beginning. My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. Maria and Anna (who are both also brilliant) would seamlessly step in, keeping everything moving and ensuring I was always kept informed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

Routine inspections and communications were handled efficiently, and the tenancy was managed well overall. He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

Any maintenance issues reported were responded very quickly, I have had worst experiences with other Agencies out there (don't want to name them). During my move-out also, they were so accommodating in keys handover to issues raised in cleaning, etc. Overall, had a very good experience with them, I would any day refer them to anyone.

Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were.
