Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!

3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic service from Matt from start to finish. He never felt like your typical estate agent—more like a friend who genuinely wanted to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

16th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

Steve was great at showing me properties and gave me some good advice. He knew what I was after and found the perfect property for me. Emma has helped me every step of the way and always dealt with emails promptly. It has been such a smooth process I will always recommend Lawson Rose to everyone I know.

Routine inspections and communications were handled efficiently, and the tenancy was managed well overall. They have been really responsive whenever we’ve had issues that have required a contractor to be sent out.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their flexibility whilst we were trying to coordinate moving dates, so thank you to Shelley, Ana and the rest of the team.

Any maintenance issues reported were responded very quickly, I have had worst experiences with other Agencies out there (don't want to name them). During my move-out also, they were so accommodating in keys handover to issues raised in cleaning, etc. Overall, had a very good experience with them, I would any day refer them to anyone.

We originally came across Bernard’s when viewing/ enquiring on other properties they were managing, where we had our first interactions with Ellie. We then arranged a viewing on the property we have purchased and were really pleased when we found out Ellie was managing the sale. We cannot express how fantastic Ellie has been throughout, we had challenges and delays in our chain and Ellie went above and beyond throughout to help push the sale forward, keep us updated, guide us through our options and also source detailed updates which other parts of the chain were not providing.<br><br>Ellie is an absolute credit to Bernard’s - with all members of the team we have interacted with being really helpful and supportive.If we ever need to sell, we wouldn’t think twice about using Bernard’s.
