6th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.

2nd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)From start to finish, the rental team, Mark, Ellenie and Chris were so professional, supportive and helpful. Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

Mark was available for advice same day ring back.Bartons got the viewers in every week chased feedback which helped us evaluate where we was in the Market. AFtersales great advice and help ?????? Above expectations they took the stress away handled my house sale their experience.in the field 5 star Also what I found Georgina is very approachable professional she and Bartons work 100 % to get your house Sold. Roy the guy that takes the viewers round your house is great as I have cameras was able to see what was happening and he gives viewers the information he knows about your property and he a salesman who tries to point out all the good things which helps with the Sale whilst be very productive with pushing the house forward above all great at his Job.

Wilkins and Vardy were the only ones who explained the whole process, gave us a price up front and took away all the worries. I found the whole team exceptional but in particular Paula, who was the initial contact, she was totally up front with us and made the whole process a lot easier to understand and it was this initial professionalism that prompted me to choose Wilkins and Vardy. 26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Arabella and Jordan have both been kind, friendly and professional, and have always been quick to solve any problems or answering enquiries. Would definitely use this agencies again!
