Hannah was very persistent in maintaining contact with me when 2 years had passed with another agency and no success. Thank you for being so helpful and professional Hannah. Once I made the decision to relaunch with Redbrick things moved so efficiently and smoothly, the online challenges I experienced were supported by Lisa and Ellice and within about 10 days the house was sold. I appreciate the diligence, prompt communications and conducting viewings when I was unavailable. Overall I am delighted and very impressed with the team. Thank you.

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. On several occasions, staff laughed at me while I was trying to discuss genuine concerns about the property, which left me feeling humiliated and upset. The situation became so difficult that my electrician refused to continue dealing with them because of how rude and dismissive they were. The property on Thames Road also failed its electrical inspections, and I was very concerned about what I considered to be serious safety issues. Despite raising these concerns, they were unwilling to negotiate or engage in any meaningful discussion. Instead of listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed at every opportunity. The entire experience left me in tears, and I would not recommend this estate agent based on how I was treated. I believe customers deserve to be spoken to with respect, especially when raising legitimate concerns about the condition and safety of a property.

If you're a clean tenant and punctual with the rent, you'll find no better letting agency. Connor and Holly x

Millie was incredibly professional, helpful, and efficient. We are absolutely thrilled that she helped us successfully communicate with the vendors and get our offer accepted. She went above and beyond to support us, and we highly recommend her!

The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.

Josh was very approachable, professional and thorough from the start of the letting process until getting the keys and securing our new home. Josh did all of the hard work for me and was super efficient with all aspects of the paperwork and was excellent at keeping me updated at every step. 15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Shaun and his team where extremely helpfull and kind throughtout, what sets him apart from the other is the knowledge and understanding of the local area and there ability to value properties not just based on the village but down to the street. One chriticism is the office is a little out of site and I found was ofton closed but I put this down to the team being small busy team. No big issue.

He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will) I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week. In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????

7th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)No happy at all, My partner and I had been to look at a house to rent. We made the application as others had as well. They told us if there was anything changed or something was happening they would let us know. We have been waiting 2 days to hear if any update has changed. Today I rang to see if anything has happened and they told me that the landlord had chosen someone for the place. They hadn’t even told us about it, and told me on the phone sorry for not calling. Me and my partner had been getting our hopes up as it was the perfect suitable Home as we have 2 kids! Not happy as they can’t keep you updated when they tell you they will.

20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Blundells Crystal Peaks were amazing from the start. After a horrendous 20 weeks trying to sell our property with Haybrook, they were honest, open and listened to us. They very quickly listed our property and generated viewings, resulting in us selling our house fairly quickly and very close to the asking price. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.
