As first time renters we were nervous about how complicated the process was going to be however, Lilya was supportive and responsive throughout the whole process and was always happy to reply to emails quickly and efficiently. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. We can’t thank them enough!

Hunters showed more prospective buyers round in the first week than the first agents had done in five months! The property description was better, the photographs better and the communications with Ashley and his team were friendly, clear and rapid. Within 5 weeks I had two decent offers on my house and now I can move on with my life.

From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, guiding me through every stage of the process with confidence and clarity. They provided excellent advice on pricing, marketing, and viewings, and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. 21st Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . What do they say about Estate Agents? Not in this case!! Thank you very much Bell & Co. Sue and Lottie.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Anthony was Incredible; this is a boutique estate agent and focuses on every little detail to ensure the house is sold. From the premium photography to the realistic market valuation of the flat. We got an offer accepted within 2 weeks.
12th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)No interest in the house at the price advised. Lack of communication regarding certain products offered. Statistics and feedback had to be asked for every week.

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

It was the best experience we’ve had viewing a house, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. The house wasn’t for us but if we could have brought a house via Phil we would have!
