Faye handled all of the viewings professionally and made everything run smoothly. Daisy and Ffion in the office were always very helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions or updates. The whole team provided a professional and approachable service, and we would highly recommend JJ Morris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

This was followed by the sales team of Lara & Lily who were excellent throughout. Friendly & knowledgable team who were instrumental in securing an early sale of a bereaved family member's home. I provided all the information and documents requested and waited several weeks while the referencing process was being dealt with. In the end, my application was refused, but I was not given a clear explanation of exactly which requirement I failed to meet.<br><br>I understand that the final decision may be the landlord’s, but I believe applicants deserve a clear and honest explanation, especially after providing all the requested information and waiting for several weeks.<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on my experience<br><br>They don’t deserve event one star !
