From start to finish Kelly was excellent kept me well informed on what was going on and if she wasn’t available the onther members of staff were on hand and they didn’t know they would take time to find out. Thank you all involved with the purchase of my new home.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I'm an investor who primarily deals with property in South Wales. There was a property in this area that was quite difficult for me to determine the end value. I sent in a few emails to local agents to get some local expert opinions and made a follow-up call to each of the agents to explain the situation.<br><br>Hannah answered the phone, and she was a pleasure to speak with. She was able to pass me on to the branch lister, Kayleigh, who absolutely outdid herself. She was the first agent to respond to my email, and she was able to share some really invaluable information about how I can maximise the value of this property. I am very impressed with the speed and level of service, and I've only exchanged a single email and phone call. 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We had our house on with another estate agent for for about 4 months. We changed to Peter Alan and had almost twice as many viewings in the three weeks we were with them, and had an offer of our asking price. Gary who showed the buyers around out house was excellent and kept me updated on all the viewings and the team gave me all the feedback from every viewing. Can't recommend them enough!

Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I’ve been renting out my property since 2015 and White and Jones in Swansea are easily the best agents I’ve used.<br>They found me a great tenant (the best I’ve had), and their management has been spot on—no chasing, everything just gets done. They even sorted the EICR within a day, which was really impressive.<br>Payments and invoices are always on time too, which makes things hassle-free. Overall, a really solid service and I’d definitely recommend them.

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.
