Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. 6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)From the initial engagement, advice on house preparation, viewings, offers and eventual sale, Chesters Estates are the ultimate professionals.<br><br>We had a very quick sale and no issues at all. Communication was excellent and they completely owned the process, liaising with the buyers, conveyancing and myself, keeping me informed at every step.<br><br>We got a fair price for the property and Chesters' own costs were very reasonable too.<br><br>I would highly recommend Chesters - A++++.

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

16th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The digital app and the advertising works really well. Being able to control viewings and offers on the app is brilliant and highly recommend other estate agents do this. Once the property was live and our original agent changed, every interaction has been awful. Promised weekly phone calls from our dedicated agent, didn't receive any. Agent has changed multiple times without our knowledge. Been on to live chat to ask for call backs when we had offers as we asked for help to negotiate and still didn't get a call back. Ended up just doing it myself. Have since accepted an offer and still haven't had a phone call from anyone. Even after going online and asking someone to call. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not worth £999. Actually feel like we shouldn't pay a penny as they done nothing to help us.
