5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I can't recommend KFH Balham highly enough.<br><br>After a disappointing experience with another estate agent in Balham where my sale fell through, working with KFH was a breath of fresh air. They sold my flat in just two weeks, and from start to finish the service was excellent.<br><br>Selling a property is never stress free, but the team did everything they could to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Their communication throughout was fantastic.I was always kept up to date, they were proactive, responsive, and genuinely felt invested in getting the sale over the line.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone involved for your professionalism, hard work and support, especially Jason the sales negotiator. If you're looking for an estate agent in the area, I highly recommend KFH.

She helped deal with tricky buyer's and got an offer on my flat not long after coming onboard.<br>I would say before this I wasn't overly impressed at the start, with the property overvalued and few other aspects but overall they got the job done which is what matters at the end of the day.

21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased a property through KFH West Dulwich. Many months after our offer was accepted, we finally completed and moved in, to our surprise on that day the house didn’t resemble much the property we had agreed to buy.<br><br>Both front and back gardens had been completely neglected to the point where you can’t basically walk around, the carpets were in an appalling and unusable state. The house was so dirty that every surface was covered in dust and mouse droppings, there were spider webs throughout the property, and it was clear that no effort had been made to leave the home in a reasonable state for its new owners.<br><br>When we raised our concerns, the estate agent responded that their role was basically to hand over the keys. While we understand that the condition of the property is ultimately the seller’s responsibility, we would have expected the agency to provide at least some guidance to them about leaving a property in a presentable condition for completion, especially since we were patient enough to wait much longer than the original estimate date.<br><br>What should have been an exciting day turned into a disappointment within the first ten minutes of walking through the door. The lack of care from the sellers, left a very an awful impression, when you pay over a £1m for a house, one would expect some decency from the agents and the sellers to leave the place in a nice state.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.
