She helped deal with tricky buyer's and got an offer on my flat not long after coming onboard.<br>I would say before this I wasn't overly impressed at the start, with the property overvalued and few other aspects but overall they got the job done which is what matters at the end of the day.

I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line.
