10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Lovely team but I felt they were working for the buyer rather than myself. I didn’t feel there was adequate negotiation on my behalf. I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.

She kept me well informed at every stage, chased things when needed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Her communication was clear and timely, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’d highly recommend Abbey to anyone buying or selling a property she really goes above and beyond. We were dealing with a girl named Fiona and it’s like she’s gone out of her to not help since we turned down a property we didn’t even apply for in an area we have no intention of living. 27th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)We are currently going through the conveyancing of our property and BJB have been brilliant throughout. You get a real sense of attention to detail and customer focus. From the start they have worked around us and supported. They have been ready to answer any questions and they are clear on what they will do to support you in selling your property. James was great when viewed and valued our property. He put real attention into getting the marketing right - and he's pretty handy with a camera! Paige looked after us from the day we went to market and was always available at the end of the phone when we needed her. She considered our needs for our next property worked with us at our pace to get everything in place. Her attention to detail is spot on and she goes above and beyond to keep you informed and updated. If you want to sell or buy a property, I would definitely recommend Butters John Bee in Nantwich.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.
17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.
8th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.
