2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers

9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have been very happy with Lion Wolf. I tried one of the more traditional estate agents to sell my shared ownership flat but was not impressed with their efforts. Lion Wolf were far more proactive in trying to find a buyer and much more forthcoming with feedback. The terrible shared ownership system meant I couldn’t sell, but once I was in a position to rent it out, I knew they were the best people to engage. They found a tenant quickly and are also quick to communicate any issues with the flat and sort them out promptly, which means I have little to worry about. I would recommend them.
