22nd Jul 2023 (2 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

18th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.
9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased through Allday&Miller. Umar guided us through our sale from start to finish and was also on hand for us whenever we had any questions in reference to any potential purchases as well. He was very professional, patient, approachable and extremely helpful. Initially he sold our house but unfortunately our seller decided to pull their property off the market a week before exchange leaving us incredibly devastated. But credit to Umar he remained positive even when my wife and I had given up hope. He was in regular contact with us to make a plan of action and the first thing he recommended was that we continue the momentum and put our house back on the market while we continue looking for another place. Lo and behold Umar sold our house again literally within the first few viewings! We then found a place that we loved and this time we were lucky enough to get this property over the line. I truly believe that one of the main reasons for us completing was due to Umar's plan to keep the momentum going to obtain another solid offer on our house otherwise we could very well have missed out on our current property as well. He is a credit to Allday&Miller and we are so very grateful for not only his vast expertise as an estate agent but also for the kindness he showed us just when we were about to give up. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
