19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)My friend and I rented a property with Quilliam, through a landlord, back in 2020. After a year of living here we began to notice black mould appearing around the property, including the bedrooms. We advised the landlord of this and his only suggestion was: "Keep a window open" we took his advice but this did nothing. We had to take matters into our own hands and tackle the problem with mould removal sprays all whilst begging the landlord for months to do something about the issue as it wasn't going away and it was effecting our health. He eventually came to the flat and seemingly treated the wall in one of the rooms but even so the smell of mould and mildew was prevalent. Now whilst living here the landlord advised that there was no window in the bathroom and this would cause moisture build up in the air which is a roundabout way of saying that mould issues can and will happen due to inadequate ventilation which is in violation of the human habitation act of 2018 which says that adequate ventilation must be provided in all rental properties which the bathroom didn't. It had a small extractor fan which did nothing to help with the moisture buildup which in turn caused the mould build up and the advice we were given, yet again, was to open the window (We were unsure what the obsession with opening windows was as this wasn't the first time this would be suggested us). Another area that didn't have adequate ventilation was the kitchen as there was also no window in this area. It had an extractor fan but this, again, didn't help to do much and was located right next to the bathroom.<br><br>We left the property, as soon as we were able, for obvious reasons. During the time of us preparing to leave there were viewings at the flat and we were advised, by Quilliam, to clean the flat thoroughly and make it presentable for potential renters which meant we had to help cover up the mould issue within the property.<br><br>On our final day of leaving we had someone from Quilliam come by the flat to start the final checks of the flat and whilst they were there we tried to tell her the issues we were facing and my friend even showed her how living here had worsened her skin condition but this was brushed aside and we were met with the same uncaring spiel of: "Well, if you opened a window..." as if this was some fix all solution for the amount of issues within the flat.<br><br>Living at that flat had taken a toll on our health, personal items and finances. Additionally we found out that the landlord hired someone to do a deep clean on the mould issue within the flat, which wasn't offered to us while we lived there. The CEO of Quilliam, Julia, was also made aware of this but just repeated the same tired quote of: "Open the windows".<br><br>Reading other reviews and I can see this isn't the first time someone has complained about a black mould issue but Quilliam is still running the same gag.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly, and communication was generally smooth and reliable. I would be happy to recommend them ??????

Jason and his team were extremely personable and professional throughout, helping us overcome our many hurdles, generously giving us a lot of time and advice. Would strongly recommend them as a company.

His communication was flawless and he was consistently calm, helpful, and professional. He really went above and beyond to support us throughout the process - and made what could have been a painful process much more bearable! Thank you Ray - you're a gem.

Fortunately, a nearby GIBBS office helped me view the property. 2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. I hope I won't be moving again for some time but if I have to, there will be no hesitation in my choice. Thank you, Go View London!

As an international person, they were able to flexible with me and a move in date while my money was being transferred in. They responded to every (there were just a few) maintenance requests... and they were even proactive about maintenance issues. Once or twice during my five months stay they emailed and said they would be in the area that day and I could submit issues to be taken care of (a small but helpful gesture!). From renting to ending, they were kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. I highly recommend them, especially for a shorter let in London.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

Although we ultimately did not secure a tenant, Michael consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to provide straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily in his own commercial interest. Michael took the time to review applicant information, discuss concerns in detail, and provide honest feedback rather than simply encouraging me to accept unsuitable tenants. I always felt that he was looking at the bigger picture and helping me make informed decisions. When another agency refused to return my property keys, Go View stepped in and collected them on my behalf, despite having no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Michael was always approachable, responsive, and willing to make time for a phone call when I needed guidance. His honesty and practical advice gave me confidence throughout what was often a challenging process. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Go View to other landlords and would certainly consider them again in the future, including when the time comes to sell my property.
