10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.

27th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Marsh and Parson’s has confirmed in writing they owed me a rent refund yet it has been 3 months of me constantly emailing and calling and eventually I’ve had to escalate it to their director, then to the director of marsh and parsons to try get my refund that they CONFIRMED IN WRITING I WAS OWED. Horrendous communication, they don’t reply for weeks and I have to repeatedly call and chase them through emails in order to try receive a reply, meanwhile they keep passing the responsibility onto other members of their team to avoid resolving this issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolute headache to deal with what should’ve been 1 email and a refund, yet they’ve dragged it on for 3 months. Unbelievable. If you’re thinking of renting from these lettings agents, save yourself the headache and choose another company.

All of my viewings — around eight in total — were handled by Georgina Magnani, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, organised and professional.<br><br>Buying a property can be a very stressful experience, but Georgina was always friendly, approachable and reassuring. As a first-time buyer, I particularly appreciated how understanding she was and the extra guidance and reassurance she provided throughout.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Georgina and Horton and Garton.

24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.
