27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. She communicates well with the landlord and handles tenants delicately and professionally. She took the initiative to invite other professionals from Hamptons large pool of experts to assist the landlord with decisions and was supportive in coordinating with the landlord’s contractors during extensive renovations.

Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.
