And despite of dealing with complicated circumstances like changing Tenancy laws etc he helped us see the process through to a successful outcome. 19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

9th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I bought my house through Andrew Nunn over 20 years ago and have relied on Katherine and her team on the lettings side of the business for the last 12 years. They have just a small, stable team and have provided a very professional service, trustworthy and always acting with integrity. They have consistently found me good tenants and with no empty breaks during that 12 years. The experience has been far better than the big-name agencies in the personal service they provide. I would never have any hesitancy in recommending Andrew Nunn.

30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

13th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We worked with Fine and Country when purchasing our first home and they were fantastic. We had a couple of hurdles and delays during the conveyancing and legal process but F&C were excellent at continuing to push things along and get us to an eventual completion date. We would give a particular mention to Vito Szoma, who was incredible at introducing us to our new home and who was really helpful, clear and thorough with any questions we had during that stage, and to Alice Madden, who was extremely diligent, proactive and communicative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend F&C to anyone looking to buy or sell and, in particular, superstars Alice and Vito.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

18th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.
