19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

I had previous experience with terrible estate agencies in Fulham but I have just sold my house with Knight Frank and I couldn’t be happier.<br><br>The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism, expertise and fantastic communication. They skilfully handled offers and counteroffers ensuring my interests were protected while keeping all parties engaged and cooperating.<br><br>Special thanks to Anna who went above and beyond every step of the way: from launching the property to securing a home for my plants and always with a smile! From the start, the whole team were highly efficient, proactive and easy to deal with.<br><br>Anca and Ioana were both excellent throughout, keeping everything moving and making the process straightforward. A special thank you to John, who gave us sensible, honest advice and clearly understood the local market.<br><br>They secured excellent tenants for both properties and achieved record rents for us, which we were extremely pleased with. More importantly, we never felt they were simply focused on earning a fee. They acted like a proper business partner, looked at the bigger picture and genuinely wanted the best result for us.<br><br>We have dealt with plenty of agents over the years, and London Estates stood out for their communication, knowledge and personal service. We would happily recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and experienced local agent.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

He took time to understand our needs, was always on hand to take our phone calls, completely transparent and able to help navigate us through the sale using his years of experience.<br><br>He found us a buyer within the first week of us speaking to him and they had even put in an offer. He then found us our eventual buyers who were the best buyers anyone could have asked for.<br><br>Everything went through smoothly, within the time frame we were hoping and we completed without any major delays or hiccups.<br><br>Thank you Mark and Cow & Co.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
