26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m extremely upset with this company. One of their leafleters forcibly opened my closed electric gate—at 7:30 in the morning—to get to my front door. I’m a mother home alone with two babies, and that gate is there for our security and privacy. I felt violated and unsafe. I emailed the company to complain and never even received a reply. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

I was kept fully informed but didn’t need to get involved in the viewings. I received a useful summary of the various interested parties, and professional advice from which I made an informed decision.

7th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Valued house at £550k and a week later advised us to reduce price the day after it was advertised because a house nearby was marketed at £525. The other house clearly needed some refurbishment and the recommendation was based purely on competition and not on an accurate valuation.

7th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have been a tenant in a property managed by Rooftops Hale for the past 6 years and found them to be exemplary. Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

My house was listed on Friday afternoon and was sold the following Monday morning to the first people to view it for full asking price. 30th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)JF Hale valued the property for marketing at £395k .I had an independent valuation by Jones Surveyors done at £430k high to £400k lowest.I instructed JF Hale to market at £430k and the property was sold within a week at £427,500.JF Hale would have cost me money had I not taken independent advice from Jones Surveyors.
