18th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've been blown away by this fabulous company from the initial valuation to completion. Madison came out took all the photos and property was listed quickly on Rightmove. Photos were fab. I I was lucky that my proerty sold quickly. Then came Jake who dealt with things once a sale was agreed He was just a SUPER STAR. Chasing all parties, daily updates. He was the one who kept me updated at all.times. He was always very professional and such a lovely kind person. I would highly recommend this company and.wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Why pay thousands.of.pounds when we have this fantastic company on our doorsteps, at a fraction of the price.
19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

From the very beginning, they were absolutely brilliant and made what a complicated process smooth and well managed.<br><br>The whole team kept us updated every step of the way with regular communication and detailed feedback after viewings. They were excellent at working with our buyers, always staying on top of things and helping to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. As an independent local estate agent, they genuinely cared about us and our sale, and that came across in everything they did. Every member of staff was friendly, approachable, and professional, making us feel valued throughout the process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lesley, who was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. 3rd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I live in a highly desirable area and only had 1 viewing in 10 weeks. Communication was non existent unless I chased them for it. No feedback from the viewing either. I have now left them and gone with another agent. But feel like it was 10 weeks wasted and buyers may now think there is a problem with the house

Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently responded to emails promptly. Nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>Andy was also very supportive during our transition out of our rental property whilst we moved on to buy our own home. Helping to ensure that the checkout process went smoothly. We really appreciated all his help and support throughout our tenancy.<br><br>We would highly recommend Andy as a property manager and thanks again!
