Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Her warmth, kindness, patience and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.<br><br>What particularly impressed me about Shari was her attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and rather than saying something couldn’t be done, her approach was always to find a way to make things work. When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. They were professional, honest and fantastic from start to finish. They secured a buyer for me quickly, achieving £20,000 over the asking price! I could not have asked for a better team!"

Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

They were efficient in allowing the survey to book in & even sorted out getting a wasps nest sorted within 24 hours.
