22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

Amy made what can often feel like a stressful and complicated process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Every step was clearly explained, all our questions were answered promptly, and we always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions we were making. What really stood out was her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to securing the best possible deal for us. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and quick responses whenever we needed clarification. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking to remortgage. A truly first-class experience and a five-star service in every way!

Linda and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions we had and offer guidance when needed. They kept in regular contact with us, ensuring we were kept up to date with the marketing of our home, and were also very accommodating when arranging viewings to fit around our busy schedules. This made everything feel much easier and less stressful. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I initially trusted 222 Estates because they have many properties and they always answered the phone promptly. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended. Most of the questions I asked could not be answered clearly, and when they did provide answers, they repeatedly failed to follow up with the emails I specifically requested. Important information was promised but never sent unless we chased them multiple times. Communication was disorganised and frustrating, and we were constantly left waiting for details that should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of follow-up and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend 222 Estates if you value clear, reliable, and professional communication.

Carol has been great keeping me upto date with any news and chasing up the solicitors on my behalf. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with a few different agents in the process but the communication was always on point and as a team they always knew where I was up to in the process. I'd definitely be happy to work with them again.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have just recently accepted an offer on a house with North Wall Property and this is now proceeding, on the market and sold within a week - which is fantastic. I was apprehensive at 1st contacting estate agents as I had never done this process before but as soon as I met with Karlee to discuss my needs, it was clear to me that North Wall were very customer focused and Karlee was considerate of my needs as it has been a sentimental journey for me due to selling my late Mum & Dads house. Karlee revisited me to answer questions I had and talked me through the process and communicated very well with me. I felt comfortable with Karlee as she took time to hear my story with the property and showed an interest without being intrusive. It has been a much easier process by having block viewings done and I was lucky enough to have 9 offers from a weekends viewings, this has saved a lot of time and energy for all. Communication from the office has also been excellent along the way, particularly from Holly who has helped me with the offers and has been on hand to answer my questions. Laura also was very informative when I needed to know more about what to consider with the offers coming in. (A shout out to Mark the photographer also as he was very sensitive to my story and took time to chat and answer questions also - thanks Mark). As the house sale proceeds, I will do another review of the overall outcome - to inform others - as North Wall Property reviews were a useful tool for me when choosing what estate agent to meet with and use. Thank you for all of your help and support so far everyone!

1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very happy with our new home!! This was helped by Jonathan D from Ewe move. He helped the process feel very smooth. He always offered to help in anyway he could and gave us useful information on the journey and what to expect. From start to finish with solicitors it felt stressful but never with Jonathan. He went above and beyond your regular “customer service”. The little gesture at the end when we got the keys was a nice finish touch with a photo got the memories we are about to begin! Thanks Ewe Move and more importantly Jonathan Davies we will keep you updated on our progress. Thanks again. ????????
