3rd May 2026 (6 days ago)First time moving house in 19years. Moving house has been the most stressful experience. The team at WW estate agents Ltd have been amazing. From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate
5th May 2026 (4 days ago)We took the decision to move estate agents and use Richard Kendal after our house listing had no viewings. We didn't regret the decision, Richard Kendal were professional from start to finish and our account manager Liz was fantastic! Always at the other end of the phone with advice when we needed it and kept us informed right the way through with any updates. She also kept things moving along with all parties involved including solicitors so we didn't have to.

Though the process haa been long and stressful due to circumstances beyond control of tge estate agent, they have been great in support. Specifically Charlie M, who has been supporting the whole process, always quick to respond, understanding, helpful amd supportive throughout. Customer service really does make all the difference when your anxious, stresses and worried. Charlie definitely helped ease that for me ??????

We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
