Furthermore, the water tank was not clean despite a claimed check, and the centralized heating system was damaged with no operating codes provided."<br>I asked about EICR report they have provided a report with wrong address.<br>Altogether 4 heater and water heater is not working. Before take any rental property they will ask to sign and give money without the documents and proper check.

All the team I dealt with through the process were super helpful and responsive. In particular Paige who was really helpful, and was always there to help and kept us up to date the progress of our purchase. It made the process of buying much less stressful. Would certainly recommend them if you’re looking to buy.

I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.

My calls were always promptly answered in a polite, professional manner; when it came to viewing properties, Belvoir made that process easy and straightforward. I am highly satisfied with the property I eventually chose with Belvoir. Everything about their business proposition has been clear; along with being friendly, helpful and professional. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

Danielle answered every question with patience, guided us through each step, and genuinely made the whole experience feel less overwhelming.<br><br>What stood out most was that her help didn’t stop once the sale completed. She continued to go the extra mile, chasing up our onward purchase and offering advice whenever we needed it. That support made a real difference to us.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend Danielle without hesitation. Although we hope it’ll be a long time before we move again, we wouldn’t think twice about using her services in the future or recommending her to others.

She was prompt in responding to every enquiry and any question I had. A viewing was arranged quickly, and once I fell in love with the flat, the whole process was completed in no time. Aneesah guided me through every stage with professionalism, clarity and genuine commitment to her work. Her support made everything smooth and stress free. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. As a buyer, I had an excellent experience with them from the very first viewing right through to completion.<br><br>The entire process was handled in a very professional, friendly and efficient manner. From the initial viewing, the team were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, and they made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free.
