26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

From Rachel Lindley doing the valuation with her enthusiasm expert knowledge of our area you just know when someone is the right fit and she was that person .prompt polite respectful of the property did everything she said she would. Then Jasmine was our negotiator. Very easy to work with very respectful and diplomatic to both parties buyer and seller again a good fit<br>For our needs. Last but not least Chris the manager always on had with a smile again polite smart enthusiastic very approachable . All these members of Reeds Rains went the extra mile for us and were sympathetic with us .<br>I would recommend them without hesitation.
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We had an excellent experience selling our home with Naish. The estimate, photography, marketing etc were all of a very high standard, and they were generally good at making themselves available to conduct viewings - sundays were the only days they couldn’t accommodate. We received an offer at our target price a couple of weeks after going on the market, in a generally sluggish climate, so were very pleased. Jade provided a lot of support that we weren’t expecting, eg advice and support around our onward purchase as well as our sale, which was wonderful. Kim stayed in good touch with us once the sale was agreed, and was extremely quick to respond whenever we had a question about our sale or our buyers. I would strongly recommend going with Naish to sell your property.
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I recently viewed a property in York with bridgfords, and have been viewing multiple properties recently and this was by far the best, I was shown around the property by Bethany who was very personable and honest and did a really good job trying to show off the property, by far the best estate agent we have interacted with so far.

29th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.
24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Good estate agents, could do more communicating did find we chased them for info but good at getting back with info on viewing quickly, overall quite pleased. Some areas to improve on but I think you’ll get that with other agents too.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. 4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We used Paul recently to sell our house. From the valuation right up until moving day Paul was there for support. Paul valued our house fairly and sold it on the first day of viewings. Paul is set apart from other local agents because he is available at the peak times when people aren't at work such as weekends and evenings for viewings. He is also available at any point to discuss any concerns or answer questions. He kept us updated all the way through and really kept everything moving. Paul also has a lot of knowledge about properties he sells (we also viewed one with him). Most importantly he is honest and transparent. We can not recommend him highly enough.
