I approached the Isleworth branch to rent out my brother's flat as he recently moved abroad and they proved to be the very best. Dominick was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my queries from the first meeting. He found a lovely family to rent my brother's flat in only two days which was way beyond my expectations. The process was very smooth and both my brother and the tenants are very happy overall. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.

We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!

He has excellent knowledge of the property market and the local areas around Hounslow and Southall. He also has strong connections with landlords and investors in the area. He helped me with dealing with a few properties, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Even though AKS Estate is a relatively new name, Shiv himself has more than 18 years of experience in the property market. If you are thinking about renting, selling, or buying a property, I would strongly recommend AKS Estate.
