21st Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Firstly undervalued the sale, said they would help to find our desired property but no help there. Communication informing us of house viewing very poor . Felt we did most of the work

The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.
9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I have just re-let my property after much needed and extensive renovation works. All of these were handled by Sutton Kersh, using their recommended contractors. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard and I was kept informed of progress, with photos, at all times. Grateful thanks to Hannah Callan at Allerton branch, who helped me to choose a decor scheme from a distance (I live abroad). The property was re-let on the first arranged viewing day. I would recommended Sutton Kersh without hesitation.

3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

One of the best decisions ever made. From the start and meeting Keir he was so welcoming and professional and you could tell his knowledge of the area and as an estate agent was second to none. During the sale I also had the pleasure to meet Fran and Georgie plus other members of the team. They keep you informed and at ease and are there for any assistance at all. They sold my house then after being blown away by the service I then started a rental apartment with themselves. Overlooked by Georgie till I moved in. 5 Star service and the Rolls Royce of Estate agents.
