Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

Although they specialize in lettings, they handled the sale of our property with absolute expertise and professionalism. From the initial valuation to the final exchange, the communication was seamless and transparent. They managed to secure a fantastic price and navigated the complexities of the closing process with ease. If you want an agent who is proactive, honest, and results-driven, look no further. We are so grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or let their property.

24th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)My house sale completed today taking just over 8 weeks. Wards worked so hard for me, showing a lot of potential buyers the house, always keeping me updated with feedback. Mark was very professional and helpful with listing my property and often called to update me. Ollie was a great contact for me always friendly, professional and extremely helpful with putting my mind at ease with any queries. He is a great asset to Wards. Darren too was really good at keeping me updated with progress. Having Amanda keeping things moving between Solicitors was a great help and she always kept me updated with a friendly chat. The whole Hythe Wards Team have put my faith back in Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Using Martin Tolhurst and Abbie Oswald was an easy process with an approachable, efficient Solicitor.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. Thank you very much to Jessica and Dave, we are thrilled with our new home.

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

Freddie was interested and not rushing me to view the property was very professional and helpful agent. Next day Freddie was even getting feedback and my thoughts to feedback to the landlords.
