His local knowledge was spot on, instead of dragging us through endless time-wasting viewings, he filtered our enquires and brought the right buyer to us and our home sold after just one viewing. He stayed on top of things throughout the sale too, chasing the solicitors when needed to keep everything moving. He was friendly and easy to deal with the whole way through, and it made the process so much less stressful than we expected.

From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.- 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Buying a home can be overwhelming,but when you get the right expertise in the real estate it makes the journey easier. Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Ross and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and have a great understanding of the town and community.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Christopher Pallet for our next house move!<br><br>It’s also been lovely to see how involved they are in the local community which I have seen first hand at my children’s schools and at local charity events.<br><br>Keep up the great work!

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)An estate agent unlike others. From the day of valuation onwards. Gave an honest valuation with reasons instead of an over inflated number to get the job. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks and kept the communication simple all along. Most of my dealings was with Sky, she recognised quickly I prefer verbal communication followed up by email rather than just wordy emails that no one reads.<br>In all my years I would say one of the easiest estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only matched by 1 other in a different area.

21st Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

We choose Wesoldit as they are a small independent estate agent who really do have a vested interest in doing there very best for you unlike large corporate ones. Go with Wesoldit you wont be disappointed and left frustrated. Thank you guys you are brilliant at what you do and delightful to deal with. Rachel we are going to miss your voice notes!!!

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
