11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I had a really positive experience with the team when selling my flat, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Gennaro was fantastic throughout the viewing process and did a great job securing the sale. The whole team I dealt with were incredibly helpful, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback throughout. I particularly liked the app they used, which made the whole process easy to follow and ensured communication was always clear and consistent.<br><br>A special mention goes to Natasha, who was extremely helpful during the final stages of the sale. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors and maintaining communication to help push the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling in a challenging market wasn’t necessarily easy, but the support, communication and professionalism of the team made a real difference and helped make the experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Gennaro, Natasha and the whole team for all your hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.- 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)As young first time buyers myself and my husband were very nervous as we did not know what to expect. However Rashel took such great care of us, we honestly couldn’t have met a better person to advise use. He was fantastic from start to finish, he talked through every detail with us and explained everything in detail. Even keeping us updated throughout the whole process which was a relief, he handled everything perfectly and I again couldn’t have wished for a more perfect person to have helped us towards our first home. If you’re ever in Connells i would highly recommend seeking Rashel out for their services especially any first time buyers as he was fantastic!

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.

Colin supported us with responsive service and pragmatic advice, he worked tirelessly to manage our chain. Ross provided thoughtful advice, great listening and showed a great understanding of our needs. They also have a great sense of humour which is much needed in stressful situations. Very professional and highly recommend!

It was a bit of a long and bizarre house situation, and although the legal side of things wasn’t even her responsibility, Sophie was always happy to help and went out of her way to keep things moving. She kept us updated throughout and was always really friendly and helpful, which made the whole process a lot easier.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Sophie to anyone. Thanks for all your help!

21st Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

Chase showed us round multiple different properties, he was highly professional and highly knowledgable of each property and was able to answer any question that we had. He very quickly got to know what our ideal home ‘looked like’ and sent us homes that matched that criteria, thanks to Chase we are now in our dream first home! We then went on to work with Rachel who was our main contact throughout the sale. Rachel couldn’t have kept us more in the loop! She checked in with us on an almost daily basis to let us know the status of what was happening behind the scenes (when it can feel that nothing is actually happening!). We felt so lucky to have such a strong level of communication from Rachel as it left us feeling so reassured throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

I had a very long and complicated chain which took some managing to get it all lined up within the timescales we had due to mortgage offers expiring etc. But with a couple of bumps in the road and lot of perseverance, we finally got there.<br><br>He kept me updated throughout, answered any questions I had, and was always friendly and professional.<br><br>Moving is one of the most stressful life events, but I felt like I was in good hands and nothing was ever too much trouble. I really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.<br><br>If you are looking for a family run business without feeling like just another sale, then you will not go wrong with Tyler at Layco.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
