25th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

Had seen many properties in our chosen area and even put in a few offers that didn’t work out. We found Ryann at Orient Estates to be a real breath of fresh air. Personable and down to earth, he really listened and understood what we needed and showed us the best properties, gave sound advice from years of experience and used his excellent judgement and negotiation skills to help get us the property we wanted and move the purchase along. Now that the purchase is complete we can fully appreciate all the work Ryann put in. He was always ready to answer questions in person or on the phone, arranged multiple viewings, raised our concerns to the sellers, provided documents to the solicitors with speed and was very professional, thorough and well organised throughout the whole process. Buying a house is a big step and we couldn’t have done it without Orient Estates attentive service. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, a real pleasure to work with Ryann with an excellent outcome for all. Thank you once again to at Orient Estates.

He was very professional, friendly, and supportive during the whole process. I would certainly recommend any other first time buyers to consider Belvoir.
17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Please be wary of them when it comes to checking out of a property. I rented a flat for 6 years, never missed a months rent and always paid on time. During my final year, agent explained landlord wanted to sell property so I naturally co-operated with them to accommodate flat inspection and viewings. Unfortunately, for agent/landlord they couldn't get a buyer or many viewings for that matter. I continued to rent for remainder of my tenancy but decided it was time to move on as there were numerous issues with flat that landlord didn't want to spend money on. Jump forward to check out and agent wanted bulk of my deposit from a tenant that has rented their property for 6 years. Naturally, there would be some fair wear and tear through normal, everyday use. And to cap it all off, the landlord has put the property back on the market for sale. So please be very wary of this outfit who suddenly go very quiet and don't want to take your calls when you are just wanting to find out why you have not had your deposit returned having vacated the property. Very disappointed.
