We were somewhat daunted by the whole challenge.<br><br>Jacob Felix from Belvoir willingly visited and sat down with us. He explained the current market, explained potential approaches, recommended what he felt to be the best approach and the sale price he felt was likely to be achieved.<br><br>His advice was outstandingly good and proved to be both accurate and advantageous.<br><br>The marketing materials produced were very professional and very impactful.<br><br>The viewings were organised by Alison Hines and were well arranged, well carried out and the hit rate was astonishing. The post visit updates were particularly good.<br><br>Jacob then went above and beyond supporting and advising us through the process from the point of offer, through exchange and completion.<br><br>There were various glitches and challenges not caused by us and Jacob was there to advise, clarify and resolve at every step.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jacob and his team too highly, they left nothing undone. Outstanding. We felt well looked after from start to finish.

Having recently completed the purchase of our new home through them we were incredibly fortunate to have Tildey involved in the process.<br><br>From start to finish, Tildey’s communication, dedication and professionalism were exceptional. She kept us informed, chased things when necessary, responded quickly to questions and consistently went above and beyond to keep the purchase moving forward.<br><br>What really stood out was Tildey’s ability to deal with challenges calmly and professionally. Whenever an issue arose, Tildey didn’t simply pass it on — she took ownership, communicated with everyone involved and worked incredibly hard to find solutions. Her persistence, skill and determination undoubtedly played a huge part in getting the purchase successfully completed.<br><br>Just as importantly, Tildey showed genuine kindness, patience and understanding throughout what can be an extremely stressful process. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Honestly, the whole process was much quicker than I expected. Almost everything was completed within 7 days, and I had the keys to my new home in no time!<br><br>I would especially like to appreciate Beth and Carly for their excellent service. Both have been extremely professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. What I really appreciate is that they don’t just wait for you to contact them; they proactively send emails to check on progress, ask if there are any issues, and make sure everything is going smoothly.<br><br>Their communication and customer service have been outstanding, which made the whole experience much easier and stress-free for me.<br><br>A big thank you to Beth, Carly, and the Northwood team for making my first experience so positive. I genuinely appreciate all their help and would happily recommend Northwood to others!

But I was more convinced by her appreciation of the property and being able to highlight and describe it's selling points, as opposed to just treating it like an object to push on someone.
8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)My partner and I have generally had the best experience with Parker’s Tadley.<br><br>We lived at a rented property for just over 2 and a half years and I can’t thank Julie enough for all the help she has given us over the years. Julie is very quick to respond to emails, she points us in the right direction with advice and she shows she cares.<br>Not only has she been great with emails but she has always been available on the end of the phone if we needed her. When we have had maintenance issues she’s quick to speak to the landlord on our behalf and the issues get resolved quickly. Julie would come round to carry out a routine house visit and from the 1st visit to our last she was always so positive, happy and showed a real interest in our lives. It was honestly nice having her come round.<br><br>Thank you for all your help Julie, we both really appreciate it.

Our house sold within a week for the full asking price, and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.<br>Communication was excellent from start to finish. Matt kept us updated throughout, was always on top of things, and constantly chased everything up to keep the chain moving and make sure the whole process ran smoothly right through to completion.<br>Selling a house can be stressful, but Matt made the whole experience so much easier.
