I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)We have been using Northwood to rent our property since 2013. We lived abroad from 2013-2015. They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

We haven’t moved house in 40 years and Dan was a calming voice of experience and professionalism throughout the process, especially when issues arose. The later part of the process was handled by Emma George of Parkers who also guided us through the extensive paperwork requirements. We are very grateful to Parkers Estate Agents and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
