9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I called the agency twice to enquire about agency fees as I was interested in putting a property up on the open market, a very rude staff member picked up the called wouldn't share her name or direct me to the sales team. When I spoke to her about what agent fees are and what is included in it which are very standard questions to ask was met with a rude response where they were unable to share these details. Not sure why, because how else are people willing to list properties if they don't know what the agent fees are or what the service includes.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very thankful and pleased with the team in Flitwick, Initially we was searching in Luton and Daniel reached out to see if we was interested in expanding our search area and if I fancied popping in to speak to the mortgage adviser. The planets aligned for us on this as the adviser Johnathan filled me with much more confidence than the other companies and after explaining our criteria they pulled up the ideal property!! The whole process was pretty easy for us as first time buyers and we was guided very well through the journey. Not at any point did we feel pressured into any decisions. I have been particularly impressed by the calm, respectful and efficient way he has handled everything. Property transactions can be stressful and complicated, but Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns, explain matters clearly and treat my circumstances with genuine understanding. His knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication have given me reassurance and confidence during an important time for my family. It is rare to receive such a high level of personal attention and customer care. Although my transaction is still ongoing, I already believe Kevin deserves special recognition for the way he has supported me. I have every confidence in him and would highly recommend his services. Once the transaction is complete, I will be very happy to update my review to reflect my full experience. Thank you, Kevin, for your patience, professionalism and the exceptional way you have handled everything so far.

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Good service from Satchells, but avoid Paul Taylor at Taylor Rose<br><br>Overall, I had a good experience with Satchells. The team were helpful, easy to contact by phone and did their best to keep things moving during what became a very difficult purchase.<br><br>Unfortunately, the vendor’s conveyancer, Paul Taylor, Consultant Solicitor at Taylor Rose, caused significant delays. There were multiple occasions where he was uncontactable for several days and enquiries were often not answered in full, resulting in repeated chasing and further delays. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious if he is acting for the vendor.<br><br>Satchells continued to chase where they could and helped get the purchase over the line. Overall a good experience with them despite a very frustrating purchase.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We are first time renters and had read lots of horror stories about renting. However, I have to say so far we have been lucky to find a great team in Northwood Luton. Keneisha has been a dream to liaise with in getting the tenancy set up initially. Inevitably there have been some relatively minor issues needing attention, and we have found Kaneisha & Natasha to be super efficient in responding to these. Thanks finally to Tia also, who never once sounded exasperated with our numerous calls!
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Abbey property have been very helpful and professional. I was new to London and i found many agents who dont responds or sometimes change their agreed commitment for a better price. But Abbey property were pure gentleman in their dealings. Highly recommended.

16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Terrible experience over the phone. I didn't get the name of the guy who spoke to me but he said he was in charge of Marigold. I asked to view a property then I was asked tons of questions and asked if I could give notice to my landlord before viewing. I explained that I would have to view the property first to see if it was suitable before giving notice to my landlord. The man spoke rudely and was very arrogant and direct trying to belittle me. First he asked for 2 guarantors which I told him I had, then he asked where I was living, my name and lots of personal details before he exclaimed that I would be wasting his and my time if I viewed the property. He went on a rampage about how I need to give notice to my landlord before I can view the property and irrelevant things just to get me off his case as he obviously does not accept dss tenants even though it is against the law to do so. So he indirectly told me he wouldn't accept dss, I would not recommend this letting agency as they clearly do not abide by UK law.

We were very grateful for their knowledge and expertise and were delighted that they secured us a sale above our asking price. We would definitely recommend Artistry Property Agents.

I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but unfortunately, they couldn’t even arrange any viewings. The ladies at VLS were different from the start. Professional , friendly, communicative, and proactive throughout the process. They managed to secure a buyer for me after just a few viewings! I’m very grateful for their hard work and excellent service.

Jenny was especially helpful with all our queries and when showing us around property and extremely kind and easy to talk to, it made viewing properties much less daunting! I would definitely recommend signature sails and lettings to others!!!
