11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience with Tom Giles & Co regarding my viewing at 50 Bristnall Hall Road, Oldbury.<br><br>We agreed a specific appointment time in advance, but a staff member later called to change it completely. Worse still, she mistakenly shared another person’s personal details with me a serious breach of data protection and confidentiality.<br><br>She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had no basic manners. When I tried to discuss all these mistakes, she hung up on me mid-conversation.<br><br>Chaotic, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. They cannot manage appointments or protect personal information. I will never use them again and strongly advise everyone to stay well away.

From the very first conversation, Angel Estate agent was different. They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. The first gentleman Adam Ahmed and his colleague Shazad Khan, whom I felt like my brother, treated me and my wife like we were princes. Thank you BlackStone for everything!

Viewings were arranged quickly and the staff explained everything clearly, no jargon or hidden fees. The team are polite on the phone and respond to emails fast, which makes renting less stressful. Properties are presented well and match the descriptions online. Maintenance requests got sorted without chasing them too much. Fees are fair for the area and paperwork was simple. If you want a letting agent that’s professional, doesn’t mess you around, and actually picks up the phone, Amber Court is a solid choice. Good experience overall.

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

Catherine is super friendly and communication is great. Charlotte is 100% proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of the time of day. I would have no hesitation recommending them!

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. If you’re looking for a team that is professional but also genuinely human and supportive, go with Chosen. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Chris & Liz! ??
2nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We received fantastic service from Rice Chamberlain. Our property was listed late February 2025 and we completed by the end of June. Sarah was so approachable and helpful. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
