They kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Their effort and professionalism made me feel genuinely valued as a buyer.<br><br>I would not hesitate to use Paul Carr again and, more importantly, they would be my first choice if I was selling a property. 16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The Paul Carr team have been wonderfully supportive, helping me on my journey to find the right property.It has been a process; always accomodating me when booking appointments, sometimes at short notice.We always think of estate agents as selling properties but of equal importance is the expertise they offer buyers too.Knowledgeable about their portfolio, pricing, getting to know what your requirements are and suggesting a suitable property.I really felt that I was being listened to! Well done Paul Carr! You made it easy!<br>Big thank you to Cian Jeynes for helping me putting forward my offer and realising my house purchase!He was friendly, efficient and dealt very quickly with queries following the sale.Great service! Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

1st Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Whilst we didn’t achieve full asking price we realise that the market is very tough right now and that’s nothing to do with Greens! As promised we were put on top of online listings and we had dozens of viewings, a WhatsApp group between us helped with communication too.
6th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I have used Robert Oulsnam in the past, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal service in selling their home. I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

They put my details into their system and every time there was a property in my price range, I'd have a phone call telling me about it, something other agents don't do on the regular. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking to buy.
2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Not impressed at all. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband viewed 5 Stamford Road, Handsworth which was on for £230000 on Friday 19th June 2026. We were told another buyer was interested and had put an offer in. I wanted to view the property so we visited the office and spoke to Gemma Stanford. We were told an offer had been accepted and if I wanted to view what kind of offer would we be willing to put in as the vendor wanted to sell quickly and only wanted to let us view if we were going to put an offer worth his while We said £215k to £220k and could be more after viewing. An email was sent regarding this. Gemma said we can view property on Saturday 27th June 2026. We viewed Saturday an put an offer in of £217500. We got a call on Monday full and final offers. We kept our offer the same. My husband visited the office on Tuesday and Gemma said we are still waiting for a response from the vendor. I came from work and rang the office and Gemma answered. I asked any response from 5 Stamford Road. Gemma replied are you the £215k buyer. I replied no. I am the £217500 buyer. Gemma replied I was about to ring you that your offer has been accepted and you got the house as our offer was the highest. The next day my husband got a call from Gemma Stanford and was told the vendor wants to stick to the original buyer. My husband asked why and Gemma said the vendor/seller felt sorry for the first buyer. When then visited the office at 4pm Gemma said the vendor and buyer do not know each other. Everything Gemma said made no sense. We said to Gemma buyer must have put another offer and she replied yes. We then asked are we allowed to do the same. Gemma replied the Vendor does not want to go into bidding wars but you are allowed to put another offer in but vendor may not accept your offer. We put an offer of £221k and Gemma said I have sent your offer to vendor and emailed it to you. No email was sent to us we chased it up. Then the next morning an email was sent to us with our offer and house was already showing as STC. We believe our offer was not put forward. We got a call on Thursday and Gemma said the vendor was not interested in your offer and the memorandum of sale has started with original buyer. I already knew we were not going to get the house from how Gemma spoke to us and the excuses she made. There was something quite not right with this sale. We feel we were treated unfairly.

A truly professional estate agency with real common sense (sadly rare these days). They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
5th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)Taylors estate agents in Brierley Hill have been fantastic. From the moment Mitch attended to do an initial valuation it was clear that this was a professional company. Everyone at the office has been friendly, knowledgable and professional. We were listened to throughout and keep well informed. The photograhs looked very professional and Matt took his time to ensure photos were taken from the best angles. We had a lot of viewings within the first week, and as we were holiday Taylors managed them all, keeping us informed of when viewings would happen. We were given access to an online portal where we could track all viewings and offers. We had 7 offers, 5 for the asking price. Julie managed 'best offers' from all of them, and apart from talking to Julie and deciding which offer to go with, we didn't have to do anything and our house was sold within a week.
23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.

14th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)So they have a property listed as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on Lucks Avenue, Birmingham, B28. Yet on the property details and the floor plans it shows 1 bathroom and a downstairs wc. Wheres the other bathroom then.

25th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.
This agent doesn't have any reviews- 4th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.
