Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

8th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. Ellie and the team were helpful with getting our house on the market as quickly as possible which is what we wanted. We have now successfully had an offer after only 5 days on the market. Jai has kept contact with us throughout the viewings and with any questions we might have had have always been answered promptly.
