4th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

Andy would always be available even out of hours. Would highly recommend this estate, they kept me positive about selling my property as they really understand the local market. They are independent, not part of a corporate chain and you really get a personal service. Five star service. Thank you guys

From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

29th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
